Forget your worries in this modern design house, an oasis of calm with awesome views over the bay of Cullera while listening to the sound of the waves.
Ideal for any time of year, in warm weather you have the choice of several beaches (7-15 minutes drive), the communal pool or one of the terraces with stunning views.
In cold weather, the pool is completely covered and you can enjoy the sauna or the warmth of the fireplace in the living room.
The house is spread over three floors. In the day area, which is located on the floor with direct access from the street, you have a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, a separate kitchen, a guest WC and a balcony-terrace with electric awnings. In the night area, which is located on the lower floor, you will find three bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom for the other two bedrooms.
The best thing about this floor, however, is the large terrace with garden furniture, sofa, armchairs, table for 8 persons and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the bay.
There is also a garage in the basement with space for two cars.
With an ideal capacity for 6 guests and a maximum capacity of 8 guests, this house is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the coast near Valencia.
If you book for 7 or 8 people, you will have access to the 4th bedroom, an additional sleeping area, the "cave" and a small bathroom with shower. This "cave", which has no windows to the outside and is not air-conditioned, is ideal for those looking for a different experience.
And if you need to stay connected, don't worry, the house has high quality wifi throughout the house.
The house, which is completely at your disposal, is located in a private complex of several houses with common areas, including a children's pool, an adult pool (covered with a glass roof in winter and partially open in summer), a jacuzzi, a sauna, a ping-pong table, some sunbeds, tables and chairs.
The pool is about 12 metres long and 6 metres wide. Although the pool is covered in winter, it is NOT heated. The jacuzzi is also not heated and, like the sauna, only works in winter. These communal areas are about 200 metres from the house.
The house is located in a very quiet residential neighbourhood on a hill. It is therefore essential to have a car to reach the various beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues as there is no public transport in this area.
However, there is a new restaurant & chillout bar with beautiful views called Cientochenta, which can be reached on foot from the house.
You can walk to the beach, it takes 15-20 minutes but there are many stairs.
There is parking on the beaches. There are several supermarkets within a 5-15 min drive.
Both the airport and the city of Valencia are about 45-50 mins away.
