To the Avenue of the Stars is only 700 m, and to the Oceanarium just over 1 km. There you can fully enjoy the charms of the city, great restaurants and shopping and service outlets. Also in the vicinity of the apartment there are many points for all daily needs. On the fenced area of the property you can leave your car if there is a free place.
