Located in close proximity to a major network of ATV and snowmobile trails, this dog-friendly property (up to two dogs allowed with a modest fee) includes a wood stove, two Rinnai propane heaters for year-round warmth, a whole-house Generac standby generator for uninterrupted electric power, a washer/dryer, three canoes, two kayaks, and a beautiful deck with lake views.

Unlike typical seasonal rentals, this home is built for year-round comfort, featuring two efficient Rinnai propane heaters alongside a classic wood stove to keep you incredibly cozy during any season.

We understand that seamless comfort matters, which is why the property features a whole-house Generac standby generator to provide full, uninterrupted electrical power at all times during your rental. We are happy to welcome up to two dogs to join your family vacation for a modest additional fee (please note: no cats or other pets are allowed).

* **Lower Level / Finished Basement (1 Bedroom & 1 Full Bath):** Perfect for kids, teenagers, or guests who appreciate direct outdoor convenience and maximum privacy, the fourth bedroom is located downstairs in a fully finished section of the basement. This room features two comfortable single beds, its own private full bathroom, and sliding door access opening right toward the lakefront! Please note: While completely cozy, comfortable, and fully heated, this lower-level space features a standard finished-basement aesthetic and does not showcase the same rustic log craftsmanship or expansive window views found in the main upstairs bedrooms.

The spacious layout altogether accommodates groups perfectly, and guests will enjoy the convenience of an on-site washer and dryer to keep gear fresh after a day on the water or the winter trails.
