Please note: Half of the cabin and the patio are dedicated to another Airbnb, while this private section is reserved just for you. The remainder of the cabin includes a real estate office. You’ll enter through the wooden porch on the front left side of the cabin, stepping into a cozy living area with a hand-built electric fireplace, comfy seating, a TV with Amazon Firestick, and a full-size pull-out sofa. 🚨 Important: All sleeping areas and the bathroom are located upstairs. Expect weekend live music and passing trains. A flight of stairs leads to the second-floor living quarters where you'll find: -A queen bed with TV (Roku with Netflix & Hulu) -A kitchenette (small fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee pot) -A connected bedroom with a full bed -A full bathroom with a tub/shower and washer/dryer We are proudly pet-friendly! 🐾 ($50 per pet, per night) Living Area with Fireplace & Pull out full Sofa, Queen Bedroom with Kitchenette, Full Bedroom off bathroom with tub/shower and washer and dryer. It is a modern day Mayberry of sorts with quite the eclectic mix of artistic residents and visitors from all over the country. The quaint little shops and dining on Main Street give for great opportunities to meet locals. Riverside Drive is a beautiful walk to see Historic Homes, stretch your legs & take amazing pictures. The Ferry will take you to Ohio if you wish to explore Underground Railroad sites or desire a drink on the water at one of their River Front or floating restaurants. We are 1 building from the Augusta Beehive Tavern & The Augusta Pub, Directly across from The Augusta General Store & Carota's Pizza. There is no public transportation in this rural area. Most restaurants are within walking distance from the Cabin. We are Motorcycle Friendly. Half of the Cabin is a Real Estate Office. This is completely separate from the guest quarters. Only the Living room with full Pull out bed is ground level, all living quarters including the bathroom are up one flight of stairs. Please be aware the town stores shut down early, please collect any groceries & needed items early. We Do Not Own the Driveway next to the Cabin, Guests Must Use Public Parking. *We are Pet Friendly with a Pet Fee of $50/night per Pet.
