Enjoy the entire first floor of this charming historic Cochranton home. Inside, you'll find a spacious kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, bathroom (with laundry), an office, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Outdoors, swim in the pool (open seasonally - closes after Labor Day), gather by the gazebo firepit, or let kids enjoy the playhouse and trampoline. With a front porch for morning coffee and a back patio with grill, it’s perfect for couples, families, or work-from-home retreats.

You’ll have exclusive access to the first floor and all outdoor amenities. The upstairs remains locked and is not in use during your stay.

Located in the heart of Cochranton, you’re close to charming shops, scenic trails, and local attractions. You'll be within easy walking distance to a coffee shop, bakery, grocery store, small movie theater, and more. Centrally located between Meadville and Franklin, you're just a short drive from other local spots.

-Lions park nearby with all-inclusive playground, paved trails for walking and biking, and access to Sugar Creek

Bedroom: Enjoy the comfortable queen bed. There is a dresser with storage just around the corner in the office area.

Living room #1: A large, cozy couch perfect for relaxing by the fireplace while watching TV or enjoying some downtime. Includes an exercise bike for staying active.

Living room #2: Additional seating with a versatile twin daybed, great for extra guests or lounging.

Dining Room: Perfect for shared meals or game nights.

Office: A quiet, dedicated space with a desk, comfortable seating, and a couch—ideal for remote work or study.

Full kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy the oversize stove with double oven. Coffee is provided, along with a kettle, drip coffee maker, and moka pot.

There is a washer and dryer located in the laundry room behind the bathroom that you are welcome to use during your stay.

Outdoor Amenities:

Private pool available exclusively during your stay (seasonal - June through Labor Day).

Gazebo with firepit overlooking the pool offers a cozy spot for evening relaxation and conversation.

Trampoline & playhouse provide hours of fun for kids and the young at heart.

Front porch seating is perfect for watching the sunset or sipping morning coffee while enjoying a peaceful view of the beautiful grounds.

A liability waiver will be required upon booking for use of the pool, trampoline, and other outdoor amenities to ensure your safety.

If you have more than three guests, feel free to reach out - we are happy to try to accommodate with air mattresses, etc.
