The apartment is located in Badacsonyörs, in a quiet place, at the end of a dead-end street with little traffic. Ideal for a group of friends or a larger family. This upper apartment of the house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with an American kitchen and a couch (a single bed)+ a bedroom for 2 people and a bathroom with a new big bathtub suitable for 2 people. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a double bed and a sponge couch which -when opened-is suitable for two kids or younger adults (basically then you have two thick foam mattresses on the ground) Alltogether there is place for minimum 6 adults ( 2 beds in all three bedrooms) + 3 extrabeds: double sponge bed in the attic bedroom and a simple bed, used as a couch in the living room can also be used as an extra bed, alltogether 9 people can sleep in the apartment. The house has a landscaped garden ( shared with guests from the garden apartment, your garden area is marked on the photo) surrounded by large pine trees, the neighborhood is quiet and spacious, characterized by vineyards and fruit orchards, yet accessible via a concrete road. You can also rent the “Garden Apartment” on the ground floor of the house, this is suitable for 4 people. The Balaton coast is 2 km away, child-friendly beaches nearby, best wine bars walking distance.
