Holiday home, peacefully located and only 300 meters away from the lake

This typical Småland holiday home ( 40 sq. m.) with guest hut (35 sq.m.) you will find at a natural property of 5000 square meters with wood and beautiful hiking trails in the surrounding. After only 300 meters walk you will reach a lovely forest lake with place for bathing. However, people who know a bit more about Sweden also know, that such a location also attracts these small unpleasant small animals/insects which are biting. But your landlady has has taken remedial action and established a mosquito installation in such a way that you can nearly call the area around the holiday home a mosquito-free zone.

The holiday home offers an open room solution with combined kitchen and living room. Here you will also find a cosy open fire for raw evenings. The house has a separate bedroom as well as a bedoft with three beds. The bathroom with shower and underfloor heating is tiled and the main building will be completed here by a terrace of 17 square meters.

The washing machine is placed in the adjacent building next door which has been renovated in 2013. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with two beds each. Downstairs there is a second kitchen with dishwasher, frige, freezer, microwave and coffeemaker as well as a living room.

A large terrace with garden furniture you will have here just on your doorsteps.



These two houses are perfectly suitable for the bigger family or especially for two befriended families. But even smaller groups will definitely enjoy their stay here.



Only 10 kilometers away from the domicile you will have the opportunity to take part in an elk safari. Or you can just try your skillfulness at one of the surrounding golf courses. You can even go for a trip to the sea which is about 30 kilometers away from your house or visit towns like Halmstad or Ljungby. If you don´t like all these opportunities you can simply enjoy the stillness, peace and nature of Småland and finally recharge your human batteries to revitalize your body.
