The fully equipped apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people- it is ideal for both weekend getaways and longer stays. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and balcony, 2 bedrooms, a dressing room and 2 bathrooms. The interior has a warm, homely atmosphere. The decor is based on muted colours harmonising with wooden elements. A full range of amenities, including full kitchen and bathroom facilities, guarantee a high level of comfort for each stay. Two bathrooms provide access to both a bathtub and a shower to satisfy each guest. A portable air conditioner is also available in the flat to take care of a comfortable ambient temperature. Multimedia includes a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. A complimentary toiletries, bed linen and towels are provided for a good start to each stay. Ursus is a dynamically developing south-western part of Warsaw, full of housing estates. The district has a full urban infrastructure with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops catering for all daily needs. The estate offers a green terrace located on the roof of the building along with a playground and barbecue. The Skorosze Shopping Centre with shops, supermarkets and a food court is only 850 metres (10 minutes' walk) from the flat! There are also transport points nearby - the Warsaw Ursus railway station is 2 km from the apartment and Chopin Airport is 7 km from the development. The proximity to the centre means convenient and fast movement around the capital - it takes only 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by public transport to get to the city centre.
