There is no A/C in the unit but a standing oscillating fan is provided. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on the bottom floor, access is by 3 flights of stairs.

Parking Passes & Key Cards: There are two parking passes in the unit hanging on a lanyard on the back of the front door. These must be displayed your vehicles during your stay. Please return these passes prior to checking out.
Guests will be responsible for paying a replacement fee of $25 if passes are misplaced.
There are two amenity key fobs hanging on the hook behind the front door as well. You will use these for accessing the community pool and gym. Guests will be responsible for paying a replacement fee of $35 if passes are misplaced.
