Good to Know Before You Book

This is a privately owned luxury hotel condo located within Palms Place.

* Guests must be 21 years or older to check in.
* The front desk requires a valid credit card at check-in for a $100 incidental hold, which is released after check-out if no additional charges are incurred.
* Daily housekeeping is not included but may be arranged directly through Palms Place after check-in.

Towels

The suite is stocked with:

* 12 bath towels
* 8 hand towels
* 8 washcloths

Additional towel sets are available through the property for $5.41 per set.

Kitchen

The kitchen includes basic cookware and essentials for short-term stays.

If you are planning a dinner party, catered event, or large gathering, we recommend bringing additional plates, glassware, and serving items, as the kitchen is generally stocked for up to four guests.

Balcony Notice

The balconies and outdoor amenities are maintained by the condominium association. While guests are welcome to enjoy them when available, access may occasionally be restricted for maintenance or safety reasons, which is outside of our control.

Security

For guest safety, Palms Place maintains professionally monitored security cameras in public areas of the property.

There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices inside the private penthouse.

Cancellation Policy

* Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided check-in is at least 14 days away.
* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
* No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
