This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom fragrance-free townhouse was recently updated with organic mattresses, ECOS non-toxic paint, stainless steel cookware, air filters, and new low-VOC furnishings. You can truly relax and breathe here.

Walk to our pool, bike (or a short drive) to the beach, kayak/SUP in the marsh (the dock to launch is walkable), fish at the crab dock (also short walk/bike).

The space
Best for a max 4 adults and up to a family of 5.

Primary bedroom features a King size Avocado green pillowtop organic mattress with Avocado organic pillows (molded latex and green pillow). The linens are organic Percale cotton sheets, organic cotton Puredown duvet insert with a cotton linen blend duvet cover + shams. The bed frame and bench are Room & Board and a small desk can be used for work or as a vanity. A Jaspr air scrubber keeps the air clean. Organic cotton quick-drying (to prevent mold) bath towels. Two closets to keep your things. 100% wool rug from Lulu & Georgia.

Second bedroom features Avocado eco organic mattresses (1 Twin and 1 Twin XL) with Avocado organic pillows (molded latex and green pillow, your choice). The bedding is organic Percale cotton sheets, organic cotton Puredown duvet insert with a cotton linen blend duvet cover + sham. The bed frames are Thuma and the rug is 100% wool. A Jaspr air scrubber keeps the air clean. Organic cotton quick-drying (to prevent mold) bath towels. One large closet with a 3-drawer dresser to keep your things. We have a Beyond Home PVC-free Queen air mattress for your use, if needed. It has a microfiber extra deep fitted sheet.

The living space and kitchen is upstairs with a beautiful view over the marsh and out to the ocean. The screened in porch is an extra space to enjoy the serene surroundings.

We use Branch Basics to clean the property and to launder the linens. There is an AquaTru carafe in the kitchen to filter your drinking water. Plant Paper non-toxic toilet paper and a roll of Reel paper towels are provided. An Air Doctor filter is in the living space.

Our kitchen is equipped to make small, simple meals. The pots and pans are 18/10 stainless steel. A baking sheet and small muffin tin are from Caraway Home. The silverware is also 18/10 stainless and the ceramic dishes are lead-free. Our coffee maker is Fellow and has a stainless steel carafe. There is a Beast stainless steel blender and a Dorai Home stone for drying dishes.

Enjoy resort style amenities within the community. Private beaches exclusively for residents and guests. Three pools for you to choose from – our townhouse pool a short walk away, the beach club oceanside pool with a full restaurant, poolside bar, snack bar, kids' pool, beach seating on the sand, and resort towels, or the Lake house pool with a full gym, outdoor play area, soccer goal, and basketball court. There is an indoor pool and gym at the Lakehouse that can be accessed for $15/person per day.
We provide 4 organic cotton beach towels. Our only request is that you wash them (at least start the wash before you go) if you use them so we can continue to provide them for future guests.

Guest access
Entire home. Open garage covered parking for 1 car, additional unassigned parking in the lot. Keypad access. Gated access to Seabrook Island. We are allowed 2 cars/LSV max at the property overnight. Each vehicle will need a gate pass.

Other things to note
Please avoid using fragrance and traditional cleaners and laundry detergents in our home. We provide everything you need. No pets or animals due to allergies.
No microwave.
