Step inside and feel the bright, airy atmosphere of our open-plan home. The main living area invites you to relax on a large sectional sofa, centered around a unique brick fireplace that adds warmth and character.



Our home offers three beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own unique charm:

• Primary Suite: Features a comfortable queen bed, a modern en suite bathroom, and direct access to a private patio—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.



• The Cozy Comfy Room: A tranquil space with a queen bed, bedside tables, and reading lights for unwinding after a busy day.

• The Happy Place Room: This bright and cheerful room includes two twin beds and is ideal for kids or friends.



The full modern kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, complete with a dining space to gather and share meals. Outside, you'll find a covered patio and a large, private fenced backyard, offering a perfect spot for relaxation or outdoor activities.



You will have private access to the entire home and the fully fenced backyard during your stay. A spacious driveway is available for easy and convenient parking. Guests can enjoy all interior spaces, the covered patio, and the yard exclusively.



We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. We will not be present during your stay but are readily available via the app or by phone should you need any assistance or have questions.



The house is located in the safe, charming Brookhaven neighborhood.

• For your safety and security, this property is monitored by exterior security cameras. These cameras are located at the front and back of the house and do not have any views of the interior spaces.

• Please be aware that the garage is not available for guest use and is kept locked for owner storage.



Please be aware of the following potential fees:

- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.

- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30 + the cost of shipping.

- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.

- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property.

- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee, along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.

- Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.
