That means you are literally steps from pickleball courts, tennis courts, a basketball court, a brand-new playground, and the home field of the Brewster Whitecaps — one of the most storied teams in the Cape Cod Baseball League. And the Cape Cod Rail Trail is right there too — hop on a bike and ride for miles through some of the most beautiful scenery on the Cape.

Inside, you'll find fresh new carpet throughout and brand-new mini split AC units, so you'll stay cool even on the hottest Cape Cod days. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a real meal.

Sleeping arrangements are comfortable and flexible for families of all sizes:
Main floor: Queen bedroom
Upstairs bedroom 1: Queen bedroom with a dedicated desk setup and dual monitors — perfect for anyone who needs to sneak in a little work while on vacation
Upstairs bedroom 2: Three twin beds plus a futon — great for kids or extra guests
A Pack 'n Play is available for little ones
Full bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs.

All bed linens and bath towels are provided. You'll also find a generous supply of beach towels and a beach blanket ready to go.

Step outside and you'll love the huge deck with an outdoor dining table and a portable propane heater for cool evenings. The brand-new outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a beach day.

The garage is an activity goldmine. Included for renter use:
5 bikes (2 adult, 3 kids)
Pickleball racquets & tennis racquets
Beach chairs, umbrellas & toys
Corn hole, Axe Throwing (plastic axes — all the fun, none of the danger!), Giant Jenga, Giant Yatzee, Giant Connect 4

And head down to the basement for even more rainy-day entertainment: a bumper pool table, an air hockey table, and 2 arcade video games.

Brewster's stunning bay beaches are just a short drive away (less than 4 mins to Breakwater Beach), and the neighborhood has restaurants, ice cream shops, mini golf and local stores within easy walking and/or biking distance. Whether your crew wants to spend the day on the water, on the bike trail, playing pickleball, watching a baseball game, or just relaxing on the deck — this house has it all.

7 Night Minimum from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Rental is Saturday through Saturday.
