Our beautiful Javorek villa is the perfect place to host 17 people! Set Ewithin close proximity of the stunning natural park Zlamanec, you'll discover the perfect balance between urban convenience and peace of nature. Enjoy numerous amenities both inside and outside the house, from cozy furniture to picturesque outdoor surroundings - you'll easily be able to relax and take it all in no matter what you're into.



This villa is perfect for large families! With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 15 people. In this villa, it is possible to host up to 17 people. But looking at the comfort it is recommended for 12-14 people. Also, it is more suitable, when you are travelling with kids, for kids older than 5 years. But that is not a requirement. But that's not all! There's even a Finnish sauna included! Freshen up in this traditional atmosphere and feel the refreshing benefits of sauna life. End your day in an authentic way and soak away all of your worries. Gather your friends and get ready for a fun night in the perfect kitchen! It’s got all the tools you need. Refrigerator, freezer, oven – you name it, this kitchen has got it. To get everyone amped up for the evening ahead, why not brew some coffee or the in the morning? There’s no need to scrub dirty dishes at the end of the night as this house comes equipped with its very own dishwasher. Talk about convenience! Another important tool in this house is the washing machine. It makes sure you always have a fresh set of clothing for the day. If the laundry is still wet, put it in the dryer. It has everything dry in a short amount of time. After all the hard work, be sure to unwind with a cozy night in. Settle into some comfy couches and get lost between the pages of that book you've been meaning to read or catch up on your favorite shows. Why not make it even more fun by playing games with your travel company? When the weather is nice, don't feel like you have to stay inside. Head outdoors instead! Soak up the sun on your terrace with an ice-cold drink in tow or lounge in your garden’s lush grass. And if it’s really warm out? In Javorek the surroundings are beautiful and there is plenty to do. Two castles nearby are worth visiting, namely Hrad Starkov and Hrad Karlstejn at 2 km and 5 km respectively. You can also go to a rock labyrinth called the Nine Rocks. Should you want something different for once there are also swimming possibilities. There is an open-air lake where you can swim, Milovy Lake, and there is a swimming pool called Sportovni Areal. Because this villa is located in the nature reserve of Zlamanec, you can also take beautiful walks and explore nature. If you got hungry after your outing and prefer not to cook, it is recommended to visit a nice village. Here they have great restaurants and you will get to know the Czech culture.
