The space
Hello, on main floor is master bedroom that has its own bathroom with shower and stand alone tub a and double vanity . There is also 1 more bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom in hallway. Upstairs is another master bedroom with is own bath and shower ( no tub) . There is also 1 bedoorm with 2 twin beds and 2 more bedrooms with queen bed each , all are sharing tub/shower and separate double vanity for bathroom .

The large back screened porch has 3 areas , dining table , outdoor sofa and tv with 2 loungers and grill. Interior House has several areas where you can enjoy your day . Large living room with large sofa . Dining room . And oversized island facing kitchen . There is also small area under the stairs with tv for kids to enjoy privacy so they can have little separation from parents in living room just far enough to hear them . On second floor exterior is large balcony from upstairs master that leads to patio over the garage where you can enjoy seeing mostly other homes in neighborhood and on quite nights you can hear the ocean waves . Large driveway will fit 4 cars and garage has 2 car stalls left side has ev charger plug for your ev . Hallway has larger laundry. Back yard has 30 ft pool with tanning shelf 8” deep pool goes to 5ft depth . All grass in back yard is astro turf and can get hot in summer .
