An external staircase leads to the balcony and the house entrance. On entering the holiday home, you enter directly into the inviting living room with plenty of natural light and a view of the lake.

To the left is the dining area with a kitchenette, including a sideboard, sink, gas hob and espresso machine with Lavazza capsules. There is no dishwasher. On the right-hand side you will find the living area with a large open fireplace and cosy benches. Here you can relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day or read a book in peace.

There is a ceiling fan with remote control in the living room.

On the same level is the bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a cosy wood-burning stove, which provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, WC, bidet and washing machine.

A staircase leads upstairs to the gallery, where there is another single bed. This room is suitable for additional sleeping accommodation or as a cosy retreat.

The Rustico Ciabott is simply but lovingly furnished in a rustic style and offers plenty for a relaxing holiday. Here you can unwind and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. The charming furnishings give the holiday home a cosy atmosphere where you can feel at home.

Rustico Ciabott is a beautiful and authentic natural stone holiday home, ideal for nature lovers. It is located in a sunny setting, nestled between vines and nature, and offers a breathtaking view of the Pian di Spagna plain and the mouth of Lake Mezzola.

At the property's entrance, you are greeted by an impressive sight of the natural stone holiday home and a historic painting. The house is surrounded by fragrant roses, jasmine and blue vine. Downstairs is a covered garden area, which is adorned with lush flowering blue vine in spring. Here you will find a table and chairs and an open charcoal barbecue. The garden offers plenty of space to relax and play, both in sunny and shady areas under the trees.

A staircase leads up the side to another terrace with a table and chairs. From here you can enjoy a magnificent view and the sun to the full. Through the front door you enter the living area of the holiday home.

Your holiday resort Dascio offers you various possibilities for bathing and relaxing. At the mouth of the river there is a natural bathing access, on the headland of Dascio, you will find rather shallow beaches.

Gera Lario has a fishing port and marina, as well as adjacent extensive bathing beaches. Here you will also find a public lido and a surf school.

The flat and extensive sandy beaches on the Lapunta headland are particularly popular and are ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.

For active holidaymakers, there are numerous possibilities in the surrounding area. Dascio offers beautiful walking and hiking trails as well as mountain bike tours that start right on site. The lakeside path along the lake is perfect for cycling and leads all the way to Gera Lario.

If you enjoy being on the water, you can enjoy canoeing, kayaking and stand-up paddling (SUP) on the Mera, both towards Lake Mezzola and Lake Como.

The house and garden are only suitable to a limited extent for small children and people with limited mobility due to partially unsecured balconies and stairs. Please supervise toddlers and children especially.

Small vehicles are parked in the garden on a parking space next to the house. The approach leads the last 400 m over a narrow dirt road, depending on the vehicle you can drive up to the house, alternatively there are several parking spaces in front for use.

A security deposit of EUR 200.00 in cash is required on arrival, the deposit will be returned to you on departure.
