• 24/7 Solar Power & Backup Generator (WFH-Friendly!): Enjoy eco-friendly, uninterrupted comfort! Our property is powered by 24/7 solar energy, ensuring the lights and high-speed Wi-Fi stay on. In the rare event of a major outage, we also have a backup generator on standby.
• Note for Remote Workers: While our Wi-Fi is great for working from home, network signals in the area can occasionally fluctuate due to weather or local provider maintenance. We always recommend bringing a mobile data backup just to be 100% safe!
• Generous Private Parking: No stress over where to park. We provide a wide, secure parking area with plenty of space for multiple vehicles.
• Dedicated Private Bathroom: Enjoy the absolute privacy of a restroom reserved strictly for your group. Please note: While the bathroom is located just outside the room, it is 100% private and never shared with other guests.

• Absolute Privacy Respected: While we are easily accessible whenever you need us, we completely respect your space. The second floor is yours to enjoy, relax, and make yourself at home!

House Rules & Guest Guidelines
We want you to feel completely at home! We treat our guests like family, and in return, we kindly ask that you treat our space with the same love and respect. Please note the following guidelines during your stay:
•Cooking/Kitchen is located below the room and will be showed to the guest upon orientation.
• Comfort Room/Toilet: is strategically situated outside just beside the room equipped with bidet and a shower.
• Smoking & Drinking: Allowed strictly outside the room only. Please use the spacious outdoor activity area for gathering, and keep the indoor sleeping area fresh for everyone.
• Pet Policy: We absolutely love animals! However, due to previous issues and because our space is not yet fully equipped to host them safely, pets are strictly not allowed for the time being. We appreciate your understanding!
• Cleanliness & Trash: Please help us keep the property neat and tidy. Always dispose of your garbage in the designated trash bins provided around the space.
• Energy Savings & Safety:
• Please do not leave anything plugged in or running when you leave the premises.
• We appreciate you turning off unnecessary lights when not in use to help us conserve energy and maximize our solar power!
• Check-Out: Upon check-out, please remember to leave the keys inside the room's tabletop and do not lock the room upon departure.
• Cancellation policy, we allow a cancellation with full refund as long as it is within the 48 hours period after the booking has been confirmed.
• Rebooking: Rebooking is allowed only ONCE, and it should be at least 5 days before your actual booked date.
• Communication First: We are always super happy to help you with absolutely anything! If you run into any issues, have a question, or feel something isn't right, please communicate your concerns with us directly before leaving a review. Give us the chance to fix it and make things right for you!
