Fantastic seafront location in the archipelago with pool and not far from Nyköping

This beautiful holiday home is located approximately 100 meters from the sea. The main house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a sleeping alcove in the living room with a curtain and a 120cm-wide single bed. The adjoining guest house has two additional single beds, allowing up to 7 people to vacation together.



An additional guest cabin with a king-size bed and another double bed can be rented during the warmer months if your group includes more than 7 people.



There are several patios in several locations and one with a pool. Vålarö is just under 100 km from Stockholm and about 20 km from Nyköping. Vålarö is pure paradise for those who want to be close to the beautiful Sörmland archipelago.



"Own" rocks and cuttings are waiting around the plot. Walking distance to one of Sörmland's best restaurants Svärdsklova with full rights.



You can make day trips to, among other things, Stockholm, Trosa or Stendörren, and it's close to going from Skavsta airport to the accommodation. It only takes 1 hour by car from Stockholm and 20 minutes to Nyköping from Vålarö. The surroundings consist of lovely woodlands for walking, running, picking berries and mushrooms. More bathing opportunities, including three jetties, as well as from cliffs and a small sandy beach.



Some parts of the series Inga Lindström were also filmed in this lovely area. Outdoor gym, padel, tennis and the possibility to rent kayaks are also available near the house.
