Perfectly positioned with seamless transit access to the Anthony Henday ring road and the Edmonton International Airport YEG, this brand new, legal lower level suite offers a beautiful blend of open concept comfort and total convenience.
The Space:
Enjoy a spacious open concept living area featuring comfortable seating and smart TVs for your entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen comes loaded with premium cookware, dishes, and modern appliances, making independent meal prep effortless. Both bedrooms feature high quality mattresses and premium linens to ensure a restful night.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy full autonomy with a dedicated private laundry room containing a washer and dryer. Entry is completely separate from the upper residence, ensuring total privacy. Self check in is simple and seamless via a secure digital lock code. Easy free residential street parking is available.

Situated in the highly desirable Keswick neighborhood, you are close to excellent local amenities, dining, and shopping while maintaining fast connectivity to the entire city.

When booking our suite, a temporary $500 damage deposit hold will be placed on your credit card. This hold is fully released after checkout, following a standard inspection of the suite.
1. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Zero tolerance policy. Violations result in immediate eviction without refund.
2. MAX OCCUPANCY: Max 4 guests allowed on site at any time. Unregistered daytime or overnight guests face a $50 fee per person, per day.
3. QUIET HOURS: 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors.
4. NO SMOKING/VAPING: Strictly prohibited inside or near open doors. $250 cleaning fee applies.
