6-person XL holiday villa with 2 bathrooms, sauna & WiFi

Totally unwind at the beautiful, small-scale Villapark Anzelhoef in Sint Maartenszee. In only 10 cycling minutes, you can be on the beach and the forest is just a few minutes' walk away. In other words, the ideal base for a cycling or walking holiday near the sea or for a weekend break away.

Living and dining room
The living room is modern and tastefully furnished with 2 sofas and 1 armchair. There is a Smart TV with Dutch and German channels. In the dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, there is a spacious table with 6 chairs. A high chair is available in the house.

Open kitchen
The very spacious open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven and 4-burner gas cooker. In the pantry there is a washing machine and dryer, and you can also use the ironing board and iron.

Bedrooms
On the ground floor is 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm). This bedroom has a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a single bed (90x200cm). This bedroom has a sauna where you can relax. The third bedroom has a single bed (90x200cm). This bedroom has a wardrobe and a desk. All beds have single mattresses and single duvets. A cot is available in the house, please bring your own bed linen.

Sauna
The house is equipped with an infrared sauna, located on the first floor in one of the bedrooms.

Bathrooms
The house has 2 bathrooms. Downstairs, you can go through the bedroom to the ensuite bathroom with (whirlpool) bath and a sink. The bath is not suitable for showering. Downstairs, next to the entrance to the house, there is a separate toilet. On the first floor is a second bathroom with shower, toilet and a washbasin.

Garden
Through the garden door in the living room you enter the sunny garden, with a beautifully landscaped terrace with garden furniture. Barbecuing is only allowed on electricity or gas.

Parking
One car can be parked at the accommodation. Other cars can be parked in the general car park. It is not allowed to charge the electric car with electricity from the bungalow.

Wallbox
Guests also have the option of charging their electric car at the Wallbox directly at the house. Charging takes place via a specific wallbox app. You will find a description in the house folder.
