Charming 6-person holiday villa with free WiFi, private charging point for electric cars

Totally unwind at the beautiful, small-scale Villapark Anzelhoef in Sint Maartenszee. In 10 cycling minutes, you can be on the beach and the forest is just a few minutes' walk away. In short, the ideal base for a cycling or walking holiday near the sea or for a weekend break away.

Living and dining room
The living room is attractively furnished with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs and a spacious coffee table. There is cable TV with Dutch and German channels. The dining room has a spacious dining table with 6 chairs. A high chair is available in the accommodation.

Open kitchen
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, 4-burner gas cooker and a combination microwave. A washing machine is at your disposal in the utility room.

Bedroom
There are 4 bedrooms in the house. On the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds (80x200cm). On the first floor are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm). The second and third bedrooms both have two single beds (90x200cm). A cot is available. There is ample wardrobe space in the bedrooms. All beds have single mattresses and single duvets. Please bring your own bed linen for the cot.

Please note: there are 8 beds, but the house is otherwise equipped for a maximum of 6 persons.

Bathroom
On the ground floor is the bathroom, here is a shower cabin, toilet and sink. There is a second toilet on the first floor.

Garden
Through the garden door in the living room you enter the sunny garden, with a spacious lawn and a beautifully landscaped terrace with garden furniture and a separate seating area with a picnic table. Barbecuing is only allowed on electricity or gas.

Parking
One car can be parked at the accommodation. Any other cars can park in the general car park. It is not allowed to charge the electric car with electricity from the bungalow.

Charging station/Wallbox
The house has a fast charging station for e-cars (20A) in the immediate vicinity (approx. 1.50 m) of the individual parking.  E-cars can therefore be charged quickly and easily. Charging takes place via a specific and uncomplicated Wallbox app. Description in the house folder.

Charging electric cars with electricity from the home is not permitted for safety reasons.
