Beyond the kitchen is a laundry area and access to the back porch, which opens to a fully fenced backyard with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. The home features two full bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and roomy closet. Two additional bedrooms offer queen-size beds, smart TVs, and closets. Included amenities: hotel-quality linens & blackout shades, complimentary coffee, bottled water & toiletries, high-speed WiFi throughout, in-unit washer & dryer with supplies, and professional cleaning & maintenance support. Single-level home, driveway parking, no garage.

Other things to note: Check-in is at 3PM, check-out at 10AM (early check-in/late check-out available on request for a fee; unauthorized late check-outs incur a $75 fee). High-speed WiFi throughout. Quiet hours are 11PM-7AM; parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets allowed unless approved in advance; a non-refundable $65 per pet fee applies if approved. Free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Entry is via digital E-lock with a unique code provided before check-in (minimum age to rent: 21). A Ring doorbell and exterior cameras monitor the property for security only; no interior cameras. Stays of 45+ nights are subject to a mid-stay reset including maintenance, linen reset, and a compliance check.
