**** Construction and equipment of the villa ***

The villa, which is designed for 4-6 people, has two separate floors which can be accessed via separate entrances. On the ground floor (approx. 60 sqm) there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet as well as 1 living/dining room with an integrated very well equipped kitchen. The basement (approx. 60 sqm) is equipped with another bedroom, a bathroom as well as a leisure and fitness area.

The outdoor area has a roof terrace (approx. 50 sqm), a pergola (approx. 12 sqm) and a terrace with sun loungers and barbecue facilities for wonderful summer evenings. Up to two cars can be parked in front of the house and to the side. The accommodation also offers air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Beautiful villa at the foot of Psiloritis with private pool!
