The magical holiday apartment OLIFANT IN OSTERODE am Harz is located in Lerbach in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest. The surroundings are very idyllic, almost fairytale-like.
The apartment is on the 1st floor. It is 128 m² in size and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large living room with sofa bed, TV armchair, living room cupboard with TV (SAT antenna), dining table and 4 chairs. Toys, a high chair, a rocking elephant are available.
In the large bedroom there is a large double bed (2 x 2 m), 2 bedside tables, a baby bed (a second baby bed can be provided on request) and a seating area.
The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a seating area.
The small, separate kitchen is equipped with new appliances (February 2024): refrigerator, stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich toaster, kettle and a dining table with 4 chairs.
Both bathrooms (1 x shower, 1 x bathtub) have a hairdryer, towels, soap and an entry aid.
The apartment has a furnished, partially covered roof terrace (40 m²) with a panoramic view.
Bed linen (made), towels, WiFi, parking space in the carport are included.
A washing machine is available on the ground floor for a fee.
