Be inspired by this grandiose, two-story luxury apartment with a view over the rooftops of Zell am See and the beautiful lake. The phenomenal view, the spacious living areas with private wellness facilities and having ski lifts and the city center within walking distance, make the Eichenhof Top 2 a fantastic holiday experience!

The 4 bedrooms are tastefully furnished and the private, en-suite-bathrooms add a comfortable sense of privacy. The large, open-plan living/dining area with high window fronts and the grande outside terrace offer spectacular panoramic views over lake Zell and the surrounding mountain range with its snow-covered peeks (Glacier of Kaprun).

After an adventurous day in the mountains, a wonderful private steam sauna invites you to enjoy soothing moments of peace and relaxation.

Every season here offers its special highlights and can be enjoyed to the utmost in this nature-loving apartment. The natural surroundings are absolutely perfect for hiking, mountainbiking, skiing or just relaxing and enjoying the mountain and lake scenery.

This is a beautiful and very spacious apartment with stunning views over the town and lake. We enjoyed the sunny terrace even while still wintry enough for skiing. It’s a brisk but pleasant half mile up hill from the ski lift and town centre but has a dedicated parking spot right outside for those who prefer to drive. The steam room in the apartment and the sauna downstairs were much enjoyed. A smart and well equipped kitchen with plenty of seating options for eating and relaxing. Highly recommended.

A beautiful apartment with amazing views over the lake. Plenty of room for a large family or two groups, with everything you could need provided. Check in was easy with very good communication. Be prepared for a bit of a hill climb to get there!

This was an amazing and lovely place to stay. The view every morning is stunning, in all weather conditions. The full process from booking to leaving was clear and we were very quickly helped with a minor issue which needed to be solved in the apartment, and everyone was very friendly. The rooms are big, beds very comfortable (except for the master bedroom which has one large matrass, may need an update), showers are good, and the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed making the short walk to town for dinners, and did not need a car for most of our trip. The bedrooms downstairs are at parking lot level, and the last one is next to the front door, so from there you can hear people coming and going sometimes, but in the evenings it was very quiet. The balcony gave plenty of outside space to enjoy the views and have dinner on warm days. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Take the 71 bus up the hill 1 stop and walk the trail above the road parallel to the lake. This is a steeper walk to the apartment from town but much shorter! Service was great. Apartment was provided early to us so we could drop bags off. The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable. Very impressive facilities overall, and we would love to come back Constructive comments: It was frustrating that the in built coffee machine was not working, this would have been nice The sofa bed did not retract properly, instructions on how to use this in the visitor guide would be beneficial. Wasn’t a big deal for us as only one person slept on the sofa. Some firmer pillows as options in the wardrobe would have been nice, as they were a little too soft for us
