NEW: Welcome to THE Salty Marlin A - offering a new host and new amenities for a better guest experience in this charming newly renovated canal-front duplex tucked away on the prestigious North End of Anna Maria Island. We are proud to announce the addition of several new features! A coffee & tea bar for the Keurig and electric kettle supplied with Eco-friendly coffee pods, English breakfast tea, cream, sugar, and monk fruit. The kitchen also has a salt & pepper grinder, olive oil, and full spice rack for any cooking or baking needs you may have during your stay. Also, we are including ample amounts of dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, hand lotion, as well as Eco-friendly biodegradable sensitive skin formula shampoo* and body wash*, and conditioner in refillable containers in the tiled bathtub/shower combo, to support our local ecosystems. All new amenities are for guest use during your stay. This cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of island style and modern comfort, with everything you need for a carefree beach getaway. Enjoy board games or playing cards for a quaint evening in after a relaxing fun filled day at the beach! The closest beach access is just a few houses away!

This side of the duplex features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The primary bedroom offers a plush king bed, while the second bedroom includes a cozy queen, both dressed in crisp 1000 tc 100% Egyptian cotton sheets and 100% cotton duvets as well as all beds having zippered, waterproof, hypoallergenic, bed bug protection including all bed pillows.

The bright, open living area welcomes you to unwind after a day of sunshine and salt air. Brew your morning coffee with the Keurig, hot tea with the electric kettle, or take breakfast outside to the shared canal-side patio, where you’ll find dining for four under a shaded umbrella.

Outdoors, enjoy the relaxed island lifestyle with plenty of amenities designed for fun and comfort. Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue, relax around the shared firepit, or challenge friends to a round of Cornhole.

Your stay includes WIFI, a washer and dryer, clothing steamer, dishwasher, beach essentials include - beach towels, beach wagon, umbrella, and 4 chairs. There’s parking for two cars, or 1 vehicle & 1 boat trailer, and you’ll be just minutes from Anna Maria’s Pine Ave with charming shops, and restaurants. Just 2 min walk from the nearest beach access.

Traveling with family or friends? The neighboring side of the duplex, THE salty Marlin B (which includes the outdoor shower), can also be rented, allowing your group to stay close while enjoying the comfort and privacy of separate spaces if available.

The free island trolley stops nearby and travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. Whether you’re sipping coffee by the canal or watching the sunset over the Gulf, THE Salty Marlin A offers an easygoing North End experience that feels like home - only better!

Driveway parking is available for a maximum of 2 cars or 1 vehicle & 1 boat trailer. Parking for additional vehicles is on the street and city rules and regulations apply. Follow signage for details or the city`s website for details. Vehicles must be forward-facing with flow traffic and all tires off the pavement completely. Check with the city`s website for additional information.
Kayaks are not included however, they can be rented by contacting the host.
