The east end of Seagrove Beach is the quiet corner of 30A — fewer crowds, more old live oaks leaning over the road, and the Gulf a short walk south. Cart & Coast sits right in the middle of it, a light-filled coastal home where white walls, blond floors, and tall windows keep everything feeling cool and unhurried, even in the thick of August.

Inside, the living space opens straight into the kitchen, which is set up for real cooking: full-size stainless appliances, a roomy island, and counter seating for the slow first hour of the morning. A dining table pulls the group together when you'd rather sit down properly, and the covered porches add another room's worth of space to spread into once the afternoon heat rolls in. A washer and dryer mean you can pack light and rinse the sand off between beach days.

The bedrooms are split across two floors, which is what makes this one work so well for a couple of families or a group of friends who'd all like their own space. On the first floor, a king room has a full bath of its own and a door straight out to the patio. Upstairs, a second king opens onto the balcony, a queen room sits just down the hall, and a third king rounds things out — each of the kings with a private bath. Four bedrooms, room for eight, and nobody drawing straws.

When you'd rather stay close, access to the community pool makes it easy to cool off between beach runs, and a shelf of board games is ready for the rainy afternoon that always turns up eventually. Most days move on their own here: sand in the morning, something local for lunch, a long stretch on the porch after.

Beyond the front door, you're minutes from the best of the Emerald Coast. Eastern Lake is right around the corner — a coastal dune lake, the rare kind found in only a handful of places on Earth, and an easy morning of paddling or birdwatching. The white-sand beach accesses are a quick stroll south, and the seafood spots, coffee stops, and markets strung along 30A cover the rest without much of a drive. When you're ready for a proper night out, Seaside's town center and its amphitheater are a straight shot west.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Garage access is not available for guests.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
