The Luxury Villa Panoramica is a modern villa combined with a lot of privacy and a breathtaking view of the blue sea, mountains & nature.

On a south-west oriented slope near the sea is the elegant Villa Panoramica with 4 floors indoors and two floors outdoors, harmoniously connected to nature through a garden with centuries-old olive trees. Days on the estate begin with the scents and sounds of nature, with the phenomenal panoramic view from the bed. The next beach is just 2 km close from the villa. The villa is characterized by great privacy and a large garden!

On the spacious plot you have at your disposal a 300 m2 terrace with a large pool and a jacuzzi, where you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Kvarner and the southern part of Istria. Outside there is also a summer kitchen and a lounge area where you can spend warm summer evenings with family and friends. For the young guests there is a very nice kids-playground, Playstation 5 and a great Home Cinema for entertaining evenings.

You can also bring your small dogs with you, at additional cleaning fee.

On the ground floor of the villa you will find a spacious charming living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an elegant dining room. On the upper floor there are 4 elegantly furnished bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms offer a charming sea view and have access to a common terrace with a telescope where you can admire the Istrian coast. In the sleeping rooms you have the possibility to have two extra beds for children under 14 years old.  In the basement there is an entertainment area where you will find a gym and a wellness area with a Finnish sauna, but also a billiard room and a games room. There is also a garage on the lower floor. 

The towels will be changed from the Housekeeping Team twice a week. The price of the stay includes one additional cleaning of three hours, day and time according to guests' wishes. There are 6 parking spaces on the property, one of which is in the garage with the possibility to charge electric cars.

This incredibly beautiful villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Viskovici, on the southernmost point of the eastern shore of Rasa Bay. The village stretches to the sea and the small fishing port of Tunarica in the bay of the same name, just 1.1 km from the villa.
