Spacious, bright, and fully furnished apartment in the very center of Gandia, Spain. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and main attractions.

The apartment features a large living room, a modern kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an interior patio (patio interior). One bedroom has two twin beds (90/190 cm), and the other has a comfortable double bed. Hypoallergenic mattresses are provided in all bedrooms. The living room is equipped with a powerful air conditioning unit and an additional sofa for extra comfort. Fans are available in the other rooms.

The entire apartment is available for guests to use. You are welcome to enjoy all the amenities the apartment has to offer.

This property has been renovated and furnished specifically for the purpose of holiday rentals. We have limited the number of unnecessary items such as souvenirs and decorative objects that collect dust and serve no practical use. Cleanliness is our highest priority – the apartment is personally inspected before every arrival.

Free street parking is available in front of the apartment. However, because we are located in the center of Gandia, availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. A paid parking lot is located just 100 meters from the accommodation.

The common areas of the building (staircase and ground floor) have been renovated and are now in excellent condition.
