🛏️BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Each of the bedrooms is designed with guest comfort in mind. Fall asleep beneath luxurious linens and wake up refreshed for another exciting (or relaxing!) day. All bedrooms have a sound machine and black-out curtains. There is also a murphy bed tucked away on the main level of each townhome for extra sleeping space.

All bedrooms are located on the same level. Two king bedrooms, one queen + Twin XL bunk room. All beds are outfitted with extremely comfortable mattresses that our guests rave about.

Just like the bedrooms, the bathrooms are designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. Each main level has one half bathroom and the spacious full bathroom is upstairs with the bedrooms. All of the bathrooms are stocked with spa quality amenities and plush towels for your convenience and comfort.

There is a central living space upon entry of the home. It boasts a stylish sectional sofa and comfortable seating for everyone in your party. There’s also a large flat-screen TV and Sonos sound system for you to enjoy. You’ll also find board games, books, and a gaming system.

🍽️KITCHEN & DINING

The modern kitchens and dining areas offer plenty of room to comfortably host a game night or dinners and are outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The inside dining table can seat eight, and there is also dining seating for six on the back deck.

Start your day with coffee or tea - both provided for your enjoyment.

-A dedicated workspace and business-grade internet are available for your convenience.
-For those traveling with little ones, children's dinnerware, a Pack ’n play/travel crib, blackout curtains, and a standalone high chair are provided.

To enhance your protection we take many steps to put you at ease. All guests receive their own custom entry code - we never duplicate codes between guests. The property is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and outdoor security cameras. Please be assured that the cameras are configured to respect your privacy and they do not have any visibility into any interior spaces.

Please note: the two townhomes do not have an interior door connecting them.

You will have private access to the entire home for the duration of your stay. Free parking is available.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in experience. We will not be present during your stay but are always available via the app if you need anything or have questions. We pride ourselves on being attentive and responsive hosts to ensure each guest has a fantastic experience!

This home is nestled in the historic Mass Ave / Chatham Arch neighborhood. You're just steps away from all the area and Downtown Indy has to offer and can also enjoy a quieter side-street just a block or two from the sought-after Mass Ave corridor.

You can walk to just about anything you need or want from the home.

Other transportation options include biking (rent a bike nearby), renting a scooter off of the sidewalk, driving (parking is easy in Indy), grabbing a quick Lyft or Uber, or even public transportation just a block away.

Check-in is flexible any time after 4PM.
