A modernly furnished, completely renovated 4-person bungalow on Park Eureka. Just 7 minutes by bike from the beautiful beach of Sint Maartenszee!

Living room and open kitchen
The bungalow has a cosy garden-facing living room with 1 three-seater sofa and 2 comfortable chairs and a TV with satellite reception with German channels only. The bungalow was renovated in 2023. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. A high chair is available. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker with extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, oven, toaster and fridge freezer.

Two bedrooms
The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, one of which is a folding bed.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower. The toilet is in a separate room and has a washbasin with base cabinet and a mirror.

Garden and terrace
The garden is accessible via a terrace door from the living room. In the garden there is a furniture set with 4 chairs, garden table and parasol. In addition, there are two lovely sun loungers. The garden is not fully enclosed.

Extra
You can park right next to the house on a private driveway. There is a lockable shed where bicycles can be stored. There is also a barbecue here.  The entire bungalow has central heating.
