Fully restored house built in 1900 of approx. 400 square meters, nestled in a Småland idyll close to the forest and to a bay of lake Åsnen. The perfect holiday home for generational or multi-family holidays or for smaller conference groups, with its 20 beds spread over 8-9 bedrooms.

The house functions as a summer residence, but the house also has qualities at other times of the year, for celebrations and socializing, a relaxing weekend to enjoy peace and quiet.



The turn of the century house was originally a village school in Brändeborg's village. In 2006, a renovation began and today the house has largely been transformed into an extraordinary residence with charm and feeling. Period-typical interior design with many beautiful details, combined with modern comforts! well-integrated 20th and 21st century.



The house consists of two floors and has a kitchen on each floor, 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets. The sauna house has 1 additional shower and toilet. The upstairs sitting room is the original old school hall with a fireplace and tall windows offering light, air and beautiful views of the countryside. There is a dining area for 20 people as well as a large wood-burning stove. In summer, meals are preferably taken in the glazed terrace or on the balcony.



Downstairs there is another living room with a fireplace. There is also the Blue dining room, which has manufactured logs and bricks, a beautiful working tiled stove and for it an old piano (out of tune) from the time. Place for 8-10 people.



The old building has a glazed terrace, lots of windows and light with an exit and a view of the terrace, pool and pool deck. The outdoor room offers a dining table for both breakfasts and meals on balmy evenings well into autumn and some rainy summer evenings. There is also a fireplace for extra warmth.



9 bedrooms (4 bedrooms with double bed + single bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with single bed).

2 kitchens (each floor but downstairs main kitchen). Shower on each floor, 3 toilets, extra shower and toilet in the sauna house.

To rent you need to be over 25 years of age.



Final cleaning is done by the landlord and costs SEK 4500 (mandatory) plus the rent. Shared cleaning commitment.
