Welcome to our charming Villa Oliva, a retreat surrounded by greenery, where tranquillity meets modern comfort.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with flat-screen TV, free WiFi and a cosy sofa to relax on.
The open-plan dining and kitchen concept creates an inviting atmosphere and is equipped with modern appliances: fridge with freezer compartment, 4-ring hob, oven, microwave, toaster and dishwasher - everything you need for delicious meals.

There are also three bedrooms on the ground floor: two with double beds and large wardrobes and one with a lovely bunk bed. Bed linen is provided to guarantee you a good night's sleep.
The bathroom on this floor has a shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine - practical and comfortable at the same time.

Upstairs you will find two further bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds joined together and a shared balcony with a beautiful view.
The bathroom upstairs has a bathtub, washbasin, WC and cupboard. Towels are provided for your stay.

The heart of the house is the large covered terrace, a wonderful spot overlooking the manicured garden, private pool and Istrian countryside - ideal for al fresco breakfasts or cosy evenings.
