Three-bedroom, two-bath home on the Little Salmon River in Riggins with water running right below the deck.

The main living area is open and comfortable. Vaulted ceiling, big sectional with recliners, and a bear pelt on the wall that tells you exactly where you are. Flows into a dining area with a solid wood farmhouse table that seats eight. Kitchen has an island with a cooktop, full appliances, dishwasher, and enough counter space to actually cook a real meal.

Out back is where it gets good. Deck looks straight at the canyon and the mountain. Outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, Weber gas grill, and a hot tub sitting above the river. You can hear the water from everywhere on the property.

Bedrooms sleep seven comfortably. Master has a king sleigh bed and slides open to the deck. Second bedroom has a queen with a pine frame. Third room has a twin-over-full bunk — good for kids or whoever needs a spot. Master has its own walk-in tile shower. Second bath has a tub/shower combo, handles the rest of the house.

Right in Riggins, Walk to the river launches, restaurants, and outfitters. Fishing, rafting, hiking, hunting — all of it starts here. There are two exterior cameras on the front of the house and shop, They are not regularly monitored but are there for property safety.
