Country Stay of Laplace 2

Summary:

This listing on the right side of the main house. The front door has the Ring system for safety! Both Tv’s are smart you can use your own apps. Each room has a lock on the door and you have your own entrance. There is a front and back door. Our home is 25 minutes from New Orleans. 10 minutes from the Shell plant and. Marathon plant. We are 20 min from the airport. We try to let plant worker check in after work or before. You can rent the whole thing or one room.



The Space:

This space has its own private entrance. There is space for guest to park there car at the door. There is one walk in closet and on the other side a nice size closet. The main room has cable and the other room has The app on it.



The Neighborhood:

My block and I say it with Pride,is very peaceful along with the whole area!! My neighbors are very kind and welcoming! Our location is ten minutes from Walmart and there is a Chase Bank right behind the location. Any fast food you would like is 2 to 5 min from us! We have a few shopping store very close by as well. Everything is off of Airline highway!



Getting Around:

All of our guest can park in the drive. There is a spot available for guest



Other Things to Note:

This space does not have a oven. It has a stove top two burner.
