The Space
Inside, you will find comfortable living and dining spaces for gathering between games, events or KC outings. The kitchen is large and well set up for groups, with generous counter space and plenty of storage - great for quick breakfasts, cooking together or easy takeout nights.
For families traveling with young children, a Pack 'n Play and high chair can be provided upon request. Laundry is available for longer stays, and self check-in makes arrival simple.

Outdoor Space
Enjoy the outdoor space after a day exploring KC. It is a useful setup for casual meals, fresh air, relaxed evening conversations and downtime between activities.

Parking
Self check-in plus on-site parking make arrival easy. Please keep vehicles on the property, avoid blocking neighbors and follow any parking instructions provided before arrival.

Please leave your shoes off inside while enjoying your stay.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy the living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, parking (including the garage) and outdoor areas included with the stay. Settle in, spread out and make the home your KC base between matches, meetings, family visits and local outings. All daily living spaces and bedrooms are on the main level. Laundry may require stairs. Guests with mobility needs should review the layout before booking.

Guests are not allowed in locked owner storage areas, the basement, maintenance spaces, the attic or any area marked private.

HOUSE RULES:
● PLEASE MAKE ALL GUESTS AWARE OF THESE RULES
● No smoking, marijuana/cannabis use, vaping, e-cigs, hookahs, incense, or open-flame candles. NO PARTIES or EVENTS. If you break these rules you will be asked to leave and forfeit your booking. I have the right to assess a $500 fine in addition to any extra cleaning fees or damages if these rules are broken.
● Only one pet is allowed. Any Emotional Support Animals are considered pets. The State of Kansas is clear that Emotional Support Animals are not protected in lodgings. As such, they count as a pet.
● Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight.
● Visitors require written approval in VRBO messages before arrival.
● The person booking the property must be present during entire stay and at least 25 years of age.
● No hair dye, self/spray tanner, or nail polish may be used inside on site. If you break this rule you will be assessed an extra cleaning fee and or damages if necessary.
● No Play-dough, slime, putty or non-washable markers (including Sharpies and dry erase markers)
● Please use makeup wipes or provided specific makeup towels for makeup removal.
● During stay thermostat setting will not be set below 60 or above 80.
