The apartment Marianne is a 180sqm apartment with mountain views and 2 balconies in the center of Berchtesgaden. On 2 floors ideal for 2, 4 or up to 5 adults/families or 2 adults with 2-4 children.
The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms with box-spring beds, 2 living rooms, a large dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
In addition, there is 1 youth room and 1 children's room with 2 cribs adjoining the bedrooms. In 2 living areas you will also find enough space to retreat. 2 flat-screen TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime and DAZN are also available. Look forward to a fireplace and wood-burning stove as well as a beautiful balcony with a great view.
In the outdoor area of the apartment you will find a barbecue and a large children's playground.
The ideal starting point for sightseeing: about 4 km from the Eagle's Nest on Obersalzberg and Königssee.
The salt mine is 1.7 km away and the Jenner is 4 km away.
The public swimming pool Aschauerweiher is only a few minutes away.
The village center with many stores and restaurants is a 2-minute walk away.
