There's a full bathroom attached to the kitchen and a den with a large couch and TV attached to that. Finally there's a primary bedroom suite with a large walk-in closet inside the bathroom with two sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a standing shower.

Second floor layout: Four bedrooms, each with closets that have built-in shelves and drawers for clothes, and a full bathroom with two sinks, and a shower with a tub. Bedrooms are identified by names:
- Inkwell: 1 queen with TV
- Oak Bluffs: 2 twins
- Aquinnah: 1 queen with desk
- Menemsha: 1 queen with TV

Basement layout: Large open space with a TV, couch, two lounge chairs, a card table with 4 chairs, as well as a small table for kids. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
