With spacious gathering areas, a screened porch overlooking a private wooded backyard, wellness-focused amenities including whole-home water filtration and reverse osmosis systems, air purification, thoughtfully selected cooking materials, luxury furnishings, and endless entertainment options, AquaZen offers an elevated vacation experience unlike any other in the community.

This stunning two-story home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, multiple living spaces, a screened porch, an entertainment garage, and a spacious backyard backing up to the woods for added privacy. A custom private pool is currently planned and will be coming soon.

AquaZen is located within a growing section of WindMark. Construction may occasionally be visible or audible during your stay. Our nightly rates have been adjusted accordingly, providing guests the opportunity to enjoy this luxury home at an exceptional value while the community continues to grow.
🏡 Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the home and its amenities during their stay, with the exception of the locked owner`s closet located in the primary bathroom and the locked cleaner`s closet located in the hallway.

As a guest of AquaZen, you`ll also enjoy access to WindMark Beach Community amenities, including:

• 2 gated community pools (no lifeguards on duty)
• The Village Center Pool with zero-entry access and seasonal heating during the winter months
• Community playground
• Walking and biking trails
• Beach boardwalks
• 4 miles of deeded beach access

Pool access codes will be provided prior to your arrival and remain active throughout your stay.

Please Note: Beach access is available via the designated boardwalks and marked beach paths. Walking, biking, riding, or driving through the dunes, preservation areas, or protected natural habitats is strictly prohibited.

Please note that Port St. Joe and WindMark Beach are located in the Eastern Time Zone. Depending on your location and mobile carrier, your phone may occasionally switch between Eastern and Central Time Zones, especially when traveling in the area. We recommend manually verifying your time zone settings to avoid any confusion regarding your travel plans.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, the home is equipped with:

• One exterior security camera monitoring the driveway

There are no interior cameras or cameras in private outdoor areas.

🏊 Community Amenities

Community amenity closures, including but not limited to pools, playgrounds, restaurants, and other neighborhood facilities, are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds. While we strive to ensure all advertised amenities are available, occasional maintenance or unexpected closures may occur.

Similarly, while the golf cart is included as a guest amenity, maintenance or repairs may occasionally be necessary and are outside of our control.

👤 Booking Age Requirement

Due to local regulations and/or HOA requirements, the primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay.
