Welcome to Apartment 5 in the beautiful Erika Villa on the Baltic Sea. Completely modernized and redesigned in 2020, this spacious 76-square-meter vacation home on the 1st floor offers relaxation and a cozy atmosphere for up to 5 people. A maritime flair permeates the spacious living-dining area. The Usedom sun floods the adjoining veranda, which seats up to 6 people. From here, enjoy the side view of the sea and take in the lively hustle and bustle of the beach promenade as well as the waves of the Baltic Sea. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living area. In addition to an oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and small kitchen appliances, coffee lovers can look forward to a classic coffee maker as well as an additional Nespresso capsule machine. Should you ever feel like staying away from the kitchen, nearby Seestraße offers numerous restaurants and shopping options for a leisurely shopping spree. The cozy seating area (electric) in the living room can accommodate an extra bed. An electric fireplace, the 49-inch “The Frame” flat-screen TV, and a Bose sound system round out your evenings on vacation. When the wind is blowing in the right direction and the windows are open, you should even be able to hear the sound of the sea from Apartment 5. You won’t have to sacrifice a restful night’s sleep even while on vacation, as both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and flat-screen TVs. A small balcony (5.4 square meters) facing east is also attached to one of the bedrooms. The morning sun and a table with four chairs promise a great start to the day. An absolute highlight is the Finnish sauna for up to 4 people, which is also accessible from one of the bedrooms and radiates cozy warmth on cool days. You can also look forward to a small fitness corner with a yoga mat, foam roller, and dumbbells. The bathroom, featuring a rain shower, sink, and toilet, has also been completely renovated and, thanks to its spacious layout, offers plenty of room for you and your travel companion. A parking space in the building’s underground garage is marked with the number 14. For your cycling vacation, there’s a bike rack at the house as well as a common room. Your four-legged friends are welcome in this apartment. Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made and towels will be ready for you. Free Wi-Fi rounds out your Usedom vacation.

Villa Erika is located on Rathenaustraße in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The beach promenade and the beach are just a few meters away. This is where the seaside resorts of Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck merge, nestled between the two famous piers. Along the long beach promenade, you’ll find numerous small boutiques and restaurants that invite you to stroll and linger.
