The neighborhood has a fully developed infrastructure catering to all daily needs. Across the street from the building there’s a local shopping center with a Kaufland supermarket, and a second supermarket, Aldi, is just a 3-minute walk away. There is also a number of restaurants and pizzerias in the area. The nearby green areas in Morasko and Żurawiniec nature reserve are popular among joggers. Water sports enthusiasts can visit the municipal swimming pool located 500 m from the apartment. A huge advantage of this location is the convenient access to other districts of the city: right next to the building is a bus stop, and in 5 minutes’ walk you can get to the fast streetcar (PST), which reaches the city center in 10-15 minutes. The drive to the airport takes about 20 minutes by car.
