This well-maintained property is located in a quiet holiday home settlement directly by the sea in the popular holiday destination of Vodice on the Šibenik Riviera, approximately 15 km northwest of Šibenik. The two-storey house offers two air-conditioned apartments on the first floor for 4 and 7 persons respectively, each with satellite TV, WiFi and a large south-facing terrace with sea view. Between the house and the beach there is only a meadow with a few trees, which ensures an unobstructed view. On the ground floor, there is a small supermarket and a beach café run by the landlords, which close around 10:00 PM and do not disturb the night's peace.



The nearby gravel beach "Plava Plaza (Blue Beach)" with sandy sections is particularly child-friendly, as the water becomes deeper gradually. There are numerous catering establishments, ice cream stands, water sports rentals and other leisure opportunities on the beach. A promenade runs along the shoreline and is equipped with shade-providing trees, benches and a mini-golf course.



The friendly landlords speak excellent German and support their guests with all questions. Bicycles are available on request, and there is wine, schnapps, cheese and honey from their own production. Barbecue facilities are available. The communal washing machine in the stairwell can be used free of charge. Pets are allowed by arrangement.



The apartments offer approximately 30 m² of living space plus a furnished, covered terrace (approx. 6 m²) with sea view. The living area is air-conditioned, with a dining table for 4 persons, SAT-TV and a sofa bed (1.50 x 1.90 m). The kitchenette offers a refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, 2-plate gas stove, filter coffee machine as well as cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2.00 x 1.60 m), the bathroom has a toilet, shower and washbasin. Upon request, a child's bed and free use of the washing machine are available.



The apartments are ideal for families, couples or groups who want to combine a beach holiday with leisure opportunities nearby. The harbour and city centre are only 700 m away.



Leisure activities in the area include water sports, boat trips, swimming, snorkelling, diving, fishing, tennis, bicycle and boat rental, banana boat, jet skiing, hiking, national parks, water parks, mini golf, museums, gourmet restaurants, parasailing, windsurfing, casino, theatre, basketball, table tennis, jogging and leisure parks for children.



Included in the price are air conditioning, bedding, towels, electricity, water, internet, use of the communal washing machine, baby cot, bicycle, pets, final cleaning, tourist tax and registration and deregistration fee. Additional beds and certain services can be booked at an extra charge depending on the season.
