This newly renovated 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bath apartment is the perfect home for exploring Chicago! The closest metro station (the green line) is only a 4 minute walk which can take you anywhere you want to go in Downtown. The closest beach and access to the lake is 5 minutes by car.

There is ample street parking in front of the building and you may park overnight.

Please follow our house rules:
1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval
2.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $150 late check-out penalty.
3.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge.
4.) Please be respectful of our neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM-7:00 AM daily
