With an exceptional front desk, an unbeatable free shuttle service, and a staff that offers our guests world-class service, this gorgeous mountainside home is only one block from Steamboat Ski Resort, where you'll have access to all the majestic ski runs of Mt. Werner.

This home features new carpeting and flooring throughout, and everyone is sure to enjoy the open-concept space with a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining area, and a living area with a warming gas fireplace. Step out onto your balcony and enjoy the view of the top of the gondola.

The main bedroom features a TV, balcony access, and an attached bathroom. There are a queen bed and a twin in the second bedroom, plus an additional full bathroom, and there is a sofa bed in the living area for additional sleeping options.

A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat not only boasts an exceptional location one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, free WiFi, and coin-operated laundry machines. (There is not an in-unit washer/dryer.) There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs.

When it's time to dine out, you're within walking distance of popular local restaurants and coffee shops. Experience the relaxing and therapeutic qualities of some of the area's natural hot springs. Take a trip back in time at the fun and fascinating Tread of Pioneers Museum, 3.5 miles north. And for summertime fun, visit the Amaze'n Steamboat Family Fun Park, roughly two miles west. Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You'll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You'll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

October is a great time to visit

A comfortable, cozy place to rest and enjoy time together. Plenty of room for 6 people, especially with the pull out couch. Great space for entertaining visitors too. Nice new parking lot was close to the condo which made packing and unpacking super easy. Distance for driving into downtown was easy with great restaurants and shopping options. Proximity to delicious food and drink was also within walking distance. Tree colors were awesome in October and there is plenty to see and do locally with festivals and events to check out, even before ski season sets in.

Nice location to the slopes, overpriced, didn't feel comfortable overall

Marginal at best. Lots of dust. Didn't feel clean. Old bedding and comforters. Bed not comfortable. The location was the best aspect.

Condo was excellent!

Great location to the ski slopes and the condo is laid out very well + has all the utensils you need in the kitchen. Only complaint was the front loader CAT snowplow that came each morning between 4:00-5:00am and proceeded to plow for 45 min to an hour … going forward and backwards with the backup beeper and scraping the snow/asphalt which kept us awake. No reason for this heavy machinery to be going at 4:00 am with an inch or two of snow. Vacasa … this is RIDICULOUS!! Obviously snow must be cleared but this heavy machinery and time of day is uncalled for.

We had a great stay!

The condo was clean and cozy. Bed was comfy and kitchen was well stocked. We really liked our 5 night stay here. A couple things would make the visit even better. Both bathtubs leaked the entire time we were there. This should be fixed. Constant dripping. The dish network was not always working and took us awhile to figure out. It would be a good idea to have a write up with instructions on how to use the tv systems. The tv in the bedroom turned on automatically a couple of times each night and woke us up. Not sure what that’s about. We loved the Bluetooth speaker, we used that a lot. It had instructions to make it easy to operate and connect. Thank you!

Great place to stay for ski vacation with family

This unit had a comfortable master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a 2nd bedroom with 2 beds and a 2nd bathroom for my boys. We could easily walk to the gondola and really appreciated the free shuttle service that took us anywhere we needed to go! Late night we were able to get Lyft home since the shuttle service ended at 10:30 pm. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen as far as cooking items, and we shopped at the little market across the street for breakfast items and coffee, etc. We would recommend this to a small family or group needing 2 bedrooms.

Perfect!

We loved staying here, once familiar with the mountain you can ski down the trail to the street where you cross. The property is not sold as ski in but it was certainly as close to ski in as one can get without calling it ski in. The front desk staff is exceptional and were very helpful! Shuttle service to town was great. We really enjoyed our visit thank you.
