We had 5 adults and 1 child and the cottage still felt roomy enough. I loved the tvs in the bedrooms and main room and the individual heat/air controls in each bedroom and main room. Beach chairs and beach towels were available, which was great. Parsons Beach is a walk. There are 5-6 parking spaces so go by 9:00 am or after 3:00. If there are no spaces, you can drop people and beach stuff off then 1 person will have to walk to the beach and walk back to get a car to pick up the rest of your group and stuff when you are finished. My grandson loved the pool, playground, basketball court, and cornhole. There are plenty of places to eat around. It's a great place to stay.
The reason I did not give 5 stars is that there was nobody onsite that we were told to contact - it was an 800 number to call- as well as when I booked, there were delays in answering my questions via email and the phone number voicemail stated to wait until my trip was closer to call. I will say that the email response was much quicker when we were at the cottage.
