We had a great week at this property. The kids loved the game room and movie room. The adults loved how well appointed the kitchen was and the hot tub. It was very easy to get a hold of the property manager when we had questions and they always responded promptly. Location can’t be beat. While the snow didn’t cooperate with us so we couldn’t ski in ski out as intended, the on demand shuttle was extremely convenient and easy to use. We would absolutely recommend this place.

Amazing home and location
Our group had an amazing experience. Could not have asked for a better home for us. The location was extremely convenient and the home very well kept. The only thing we had a issue with was turning on the cable for march madness basketball games. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience
This is a very large house that is in a great shape and is in a very convenient location. There are five plus bedrooms and also mattresses are available as well. The host responded quickly and there were no issues at the property. Location is convenient since you can ski into the house from the mountain. Absolutely loved it , will come back

Great get together
We have skied at park City since 1978 and much has changed from then. The evolution of ski in-ski out properties has greatly enhanced the experience and particularly a home for 14 people. The home was lovely with nice separation of sleeping quarters. The theater and game area was a big hit as well as the large family room were we spent much of our time. Of course the 100 yard walk to the slopes was the icing on the cake, which allowed us to avoid the crowds and retreat to our private paradise in the trees. Thanks to Mountain West vacation Rentals for thew home and being responsive to our requests.

One of our best vacations ever
The house was huge and beautiful. It was nice to have some of the bedrooms separate from the rest. Even though there are only five bedrooms, there were mattresses and linens that could be used in the movie room and the basement to allow for all of us to sleep comfortably. The kids loved all the games and we loved the hot tub, the huge kitchen table, the ski room with plenty of room for all our ski stuff, and the proximity to the slopes. The only thing slightly difficult was figuring out how to use the movie room with more than just the two dvds that were provided, but we worked it out. Even though we don’t like to go places twice, we may have to make an exception for this beautiful place!

Not ski in/ out and not close to Main Street, poor management
It was not ski in ski out. There is about a quarter- half milk walk on a road and flat ground to get to a lift. This lift was closed during our entire stay even though there was plenty of snow. We then had to walk another half mile to the gondola. Even if the lift were open it was a decent walk- not ski. The management company was slow and rude. The first person I talked with was at least nice. They didn’t follow through on several small problems. When the manager called, Natalie, she went on and on about “how am I supposed to know what snow conditions will be and do you expect me to check every rout personally. . . I had to interrupt her to say I didn’t need to hear all of her defenses. I either wanted a solution or merely an acknowledgment. The house is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the home. The management company made it a problem. Just little things like a missing remote and the ac was turning on in main room and there was no manual and the iPad with info wasn’t working. It could have been handled so much better. It’s also not close to Main Street. It’s about an 18 minute Uber ride after waiting 10 minutes for the Uber to get to the house. Definitely not walking distance.

We appreciate your comments regarding the ski access; however, your characterization is inaccurate. The property does indeed have ski-in/ski-out access merely steps from the front door as evidenced by the aerial pictures in the listing. However, due to a number of unforeseeable circumstances during your stay including snow conditions, Park City Mountain Resort’s ski patroller strike, and lift maintenance by Park City Mountain Resort, ski access did require a slightly longer walk while you were here. We are very sorry that this confluence of circumstances impacted your visit, but we unfortunately are not in control of mountain operations or snowfall. At this time, the resort, all lifts, and the ski-in/ski-out access are completely accessible and operating like usual. Regarding the property’s location to Main Street, we agree that it would be a long walk. However, when we reference “close to Main Street” in the property’s description, we are referring to the fact that this is one of the only properties with ski-in/ski-out access on the Canyons side of Park City Mountain Resort that is right near the base, allowing for easy access to 224 and downtown Park City. The vast majority of the ski-in/ski-out properties on the Canyons side of PCMR are located another 20 minutes up the mountain. As a result, this property is ideally situated and unique with regard to its accessibility to both skiing and the town of Park City. Finally, we apologize for the service issues you encountered with our guest services team. It’s disappointing to hear that your concerns were not addressed in a timely and respectful manner. We assure you that your feedback has been addressed with our team, and the vast majority of our guests have fantastic experiences with our guest services team. Therefore, we thank you again for your feedback, and we will utilize it to improve our communication and better train our team. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the home overall, and we appreciate your understanding regarding some of these smaller issues. We want every guest’s experience to be seamless, and our maintenance team has addressed the smaller issues you encountered. Thank you again for your feedback.
