Brand new to our rental program, 1124 Summerwind is now on the market and completely remodeled and furnished. This cottage offers a relaxed coastal escape in the charming Summer Wind Cottages neighborhood, placing you close to the best of island living and all the beauty of the Charleston coast.

This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is designed for comfort and easy vacation living, with accommodations for up to 8 guests. Inside, you'll find a welcoming layout with two king bedrooms and a queen bedroom, making it a great fit for families or groups looking to enjoy time together while still having plenty of space to unwind.

The home's warm, coastal ambiance makes it easy to settle in and feel right at home. Guests frequently mention how clean, comfortable, and well-equipped the property feels, and the thoughtful setup adds to the sense of convenience from the moment you arrive. With self-check-in and 24-hour arrival access, getting your vacation started is simple and stress-free.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for meals at home, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a baking sheet. A comfortable boho dining area and inviting living room create the perfect spaces to share meals, relax after a day at the beach, or gather for a movie night on the Smart TV with cable and satellite options.

Amenities are designed to make longer or shorter stays equally comfortable, with air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, fresh linens, towels, essentials, an iron, a hair dryer, extra pillows and blankets, and ample clothing storage. • ADDITIONAL INFO: Guest safety is always a priority. The cottage features a fire extinguisher under the sink, multiple smoke detectors, and a first aid kit. Fitness center and indoor pool access at the Lakehouse are available for a daily rate of $16 per person. $69 Non-Refundable Fee for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are provided at the property, and additional towel service is available at the Beach Club.

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKERS: A Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker is on site. Please bring your own ground coffee for the carafe, or use the provided Keurig K-cups.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 3 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.

• CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

• CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We launder the bed coverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
