Located in the quiet and established Copperfield neighborhood of East Montgomery, this home offers a peaceful suburban setting with convenient access to everything you need. Guests enjoy a calm, residential area with tree-lined streets and minimal traffic, while still being just a short drive to EastChase shopping, dining, grocery stores, hospitals, and major highways like I-85 and Atlanta Hwy. It’s an ideal location for both business and leisure stays, offering comfort, convenience, and easy access to downtown Montgomery.
Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside other than the locked supply cabinets. This home has an electronic lock on the front door.

→ 20–25 min to Montgomery Regional Airport
We're excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.
Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.
Fireplaces are not for use. Please be mindful when exploring the garden and other areas outside. There is no railing on back porch. Many repurposed materials were used for the walkways and can sometimes be uneven or slick. Do NOT climb or mess with the rock wall installation. Do NOT enter the shed.
Security & Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).
Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.
AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.
