We recommend renting a vehicle to fully enjoy everything Punta Cana has to offer. While taxis and ride services are available, having a car makes it much easier to explore nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, golf courses, and local attractions at your own pace. Free parking is included with your stay.

Guest Information
All guests must provide a picture ID and valid working phone number prior to arrival.


Smart Lock & Access
The apartment is equipped with a smart lock for self check-in
Access codes are unique and time-restricted for your stay
Do not share your code with anyone outside your reservation
Ensure the door is fully closed and locked when leaving
Tampering with or forcing the lock is strictly prohibited
Loss of access due to misuse or lock damage may result in additional charges.

Occupancy Limit
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
Exceeding this limit may result in immediate eviction without refund

Visitors Policy
Maximum of 2 visitors at any time
Overnight visitors must be declared in the reservation
After 2 guests: $15 USD per guest per night
Visitors staying more than 4 hours are considered guests
Undeclared guests: $20 USD per guest per night

Prohibited Activities & Items
Illegal drugs are strictly forbidden
Hookah is not allowed
Loudspeakers are prohibited in both the apartment and common areas
Any prohibited items may be confiscated and returned at check-out.

Smoking Policy
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
Violation fee: $200 USD

Late Check-Out Policy
Up to 30 minutes late: $50 USD fee
More than 2 hours late: Full additional night charge (does not extend stay)

Maintenance & Access
By reporting an issue, guests authorize the host or staff to enter the property to resolve it (e.g., repairs or cleaning).

Rule Violations
Failure to comply with these rules may result in:
Immediate cancellation of the reservation
Removal from the property
No refunds
