Beachfront breezes….

Fabulous stay with everything you need for a few days on the beach. Jenny is fantastic and went above and beyond to make our visit great! Cute little gift shop on the beach very close to the property. Would definitely stay again!

Location was great !

Jenny was awesome. She helped us with whatever we needed. The property location was absolutely beautiful. The only downside was the unit has not been updated probably since it was built 25 or 30 years ago Also,no AC in the main living area and be careful they try to charge you extra for electricity that’s not mentioned in the listing we loved our stay. Thanks, Jenny.

Best Place EVER!

The beach is right at eye level, and the patio steps from the shore. The traffic on the beach is minimal and quiet. It feels like your own private beach. The bed was super comfy. And the food and restaurant recommendations were spot on. But the best was Jenny the manager. Pleasant, helpful and even ordered us pizza delivery our final night. Book now beafore we do…

Great place!

Really great place. Can’t beat a spot right on the beach. You’ll want to spend all your time on the back porch! Jenny, the property manager was awesome and super communicative and helpful with everything. The property is definitely an adventure to get to because the roads back to the apartment complex are a little dicey. But it’s great overall!!

Our home in paradise

The communication from the start was awesome! She helped us by putting us in touch with a concierge company who picked us up from the airport and took us to a grocery store as there aren’t any grocery stores near by. It was so beautiful to wake every morning and sit on the deck where it is literally on the beach. The property outside is kept clean. Typically during the weak the beach out front was very quite and on the weekends many locals and their kids would be out on the beach. We stayed for a month and had a wonderful holiday!

Beautiful relaxing stay

The location of this property is absolutely superb. Beautiful beach and swimming in the waves was awesome. You are right on the beach, it's safe and the apartment had everything we needed. The air-conditioner in the one room was was struggling to keep up, but otherwise everything was good. The staff on the property was kind and helpful. Jenny was super responsive and professional. We rented a car because shops and restaurants were a bit far away, and would recommend it for your visit. We will definitely be back to visit again.

Beautiful and relaxing!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It is right on the ocean and we could sit and enjoy watching it from our deck. Jenny was amazing in helping us with what to do in the area and very responsive to questions we had. She connected is with Concierge which was VERY helpful in arranging transportation and dinner bookings. We are not fans of busy resorts so this place was just perfect for us and how we like to travel and experience new places. Thank you!!

Fantastic Property with Wonderful Beach Access

This apartment is on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and its only steps away from the back porch overlooking it all. Jenny's communication was top notch and always was super helpful and quick to respond. The property was very clean and spacious - the pictures don't do this place justice. I will say being in such a private area be prepared to uber, walk for 30+min to restaurants, or rent a car. Overall I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone that wants a Caribbean experience like no other.

Slice of paradise

All starts with Jenny who is extremely helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely wants you to have a wonderful experience in PC. The privacy of this property is amazing! The locals are looking to make a living down the beach but you just have to say no gracias and they quickly move on if you're not interested. We did a buggy excursion and fishing which were a blast, no fish were caught but great captain and co-captain in beautiful waters. Few small inexpensive investments the owners could make such as new bath towels, kitchen towels, new broom and dust pan to make accommodations a little nicer but with the view and Jenny's kindness either way so worth it! We are not resort people, just too many people close together and limited food options so this was perfect for us and our 3 children! Muy gracias!!! aesare

Bavaro Beach Condo

The condo was as posted online, with the exception that the outdoor hottub did not work, leaked and appeared to be leaking for some time. Jenny did say that she is in the process of having it fixed, but things take time in the DR. Jenny was a great host, was just a message away, we used "whatsapp" to communicate with Jenny and the conseige, great experience all around and would recommend to everyone. Our group consisted of 5 ladies all over 65 years of age. We felt very safe at the condo and the beach was litteraly steps away. Great vacation, thank you Jenny!

Peaceful home with a killer view.

We had a short, but very fun, stay here. The home is very large, and has very comfortable beds and furniture. The view is beautiful, but being on the first floor we kept our windows closed at night, which is a shame given that it's right next to the ocean. But during the day, just beautiful winds, surf, and quiet. Our hostess, Jenny, was fantastic. She greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. And she was always available for help to call for whatever we needed - food orders, pizza (excellent!), and drivers. The food orders especially helped since being next to many all-inclusives there are not many restaurants around. Planning ahead and bringing groceries is a good idea. The deck is gorgeous. The jacuzzi was out-of-service but Jenny said it should be ready in May. Overall, great stay. Thanks Jenny!

Gorgeous apartment on the beach!

The apartment looks better in person than the photos show and will not disappoint! It is literally steps away from the beach and the best part is that it is nestled in-between resorts in a quiet complex that had at most a couple other beach goers in our vicinity. It was a nice break from the all-inclusive resorts that surround the area that are always overcrowded and make you feel like you are on vacation with hundreds of other people. The condo is on north Bavaro Beach and does not have food or shopping within walking distance, keep that in mind when you book. We rented a car (or you can use their concierge service 24/7 for your driving needs), went to the store and cooked in quite a bit. We also explored some other areas of town and went to lunch and dinner at our leisure, but I will say that driving in DR is an experience! Jenny was out of town but her friend Jennifer greeted us when we arrived and took care of our needs for the duration of our stay. If you want a more secluded vibe on a gorgeous beach this is the spot for you!

Best Vacation ever!!

My wife and I recently stayed at this amazing condo on one of the best beaches in the world. The entire vacation exceeded our expectations and returned to NYC rested but missing this gem of a condo. The condo and location provided peace and tranquility from the over crowded all inclusive hotels. We embraced the opportunity to prepare our own food according to our schedule, privacy, and the incredible beach steps from our deck. Our compliments to the owner Jenny who provided amazing service during our entire stay. Jenny honestly cares and wants the very best for her guests which included checking in to make sure that our stay was great! She also coordinated a first class concierge service with Claudia and Giovanna taking care of all needs (available at all hours). This service included the organization of airport pickups and driver availability at any time. Our driver Manuel, provided professional, and knowledgeable service for our entire stay and an asset to the service provided. Bottom line, we will return to this condo in the future because we honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay and ownership that cares. Thank you so much Jenny!!

Yes! Yes! Yes!

Four of us spent all of February here. It was, in a word: paradise. Believe the pictures. Perfect weather, dazzling sunrises, day after day. A dozen steps to the smooth, sandy, happy beach. Endless walks in either direction. A diverse assortment of fellow sun-worshippers — all ages, sizes, colors, languages, and, uh, inhibitions. The property manager, Jenny, answered all questions and resolved all issues, promptly and cheerfully. There are 2 or 3 good restaurants you can walk to, if you can walk for half an hour. Otherwise, you’ll need a car, an Uber or the concierge to get anywhere, including a grocery store, and those trips aren’t cheap. But why quibble. The view from the porch is amazing, the beds are comfortable, the Wi-fi is good, the TV is big, the kitchen is manageable, everything works that needs to work, and any small inconvenience you might experience will be quickly alleviated by walking out onto that porch and breathing it all in. Paradise. Thanks Jenny; we’ll be back.

Get specifics before staying at this VRBO

Ended up leaving after the first day. On arrival A/C does not work in the main living area or kitchen (was not told this)…to be able get get airflow in the apt we had to keep the back door open and also the front door open. There are two mini splits, one in each bedroom that barely run enough to keep the rooms cool as long as you keep the door shut it will cool down some; ceiling fan in master needs replaced or fixed…wobbles horribly on medium to high speed. Refrigerator is small and there is no ice maker…I say this as we were unaware and had to buy ice after we arrived. Was not told that dryer wasn’t working on arrival but said it would be fixed. No large trash can in the kitchen to throw items away; the trash can was very small and we had to use recycled grocery bags to throw stuff away the first night. Not enough toilet paper supplied for a whole week to accommodate a whole family of four. Several property employees that were dressed in green try to charge us for items that seemed to belong to the property but said it was their stuff. Lounge chairs provided at the apt were plastic, hard, and uncomfortable. Listing says hot tub but water not hot, nor filled up. No disclaimer on the listing that there is a electricity usage and you would have to pay extra for anything over a certain wattage (information not provided in the listing).

Beautiful view

The most positive thing I can say, is that Jenny, the property manager was excellent. She was very responsive to questions and helpful when there were issues. View was perfect. The property is old, but it was clean. Not beach chairs for all four of us. I suggest property owners invest in a few chairs for outside. Beds and living room furniture was comfortable. Hurricane had just gone through a few weeks ago, so Jacuzzi/hot tub was not usable.

Great beach condo

Had a great stay here. Very nice beach condo that has great views especially for sunrise. Was nice to sit on the beach under the shade of the palm trees. Jenny can set you up with a concierge service to arrange any excursions, dinners you may want to do. There restaurants choices are all great, really liked SBG and Jellyfish. I would stay here again

Perfect Beach Location With Lovely Host

Our stay is exactly what we hoped for. The beach location and views were priceless. We were steps from a gorgeous beach that was clean and free of touristy crowds. Every morning we were able to enjoy the wonderful sea breezes from lounge chairs under the palm trees and evening walks on the soft sand along the shore. The kitchen was well furnished and our bed was comfortable and well cooled with the air conditioner. We felt safe and secure at the property location and had no issues finding everything we needed at the grocery stores nearby. Our host, Jenny, was very responsive to our questions or concerns throughout our stay. In fact, on my last night, I got sick and Jenny went above and beyond to contact pharmacies to get the medication I needed. She even arranged for them to be delivered to the condo and did not go to bed until she received confirmation that we received them. We found her to be gracious and kind and were most appreciative of her professionalism. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Beautiful!

Our stay at this condo was the perfect vacation! From the moment we walked through the front doors and saw the view of the beach immediately off of the patio, we were in love! The condo is large, with plenty of room for the 6 of us. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the patio, and we spent every day on the beach which is just steps from the patio. Jenny was amazing to work with and was available with any requests or questions that we had. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can!

Simply an awesome experience

This apartment is truley a gem. Clean, quiet, right on the beach, and affordable. Nestled between resorts on such a long beach provides opportunities for either quiet and relaxed days or for a more active day mingling among a wide variety of beach events. Jenny does a great job managing the apartment and is always there to help. We didn't rent a car but still managed to get around to excursions and restaurants ok using taxi. Restaurants and shopping are not just out the door and down the street so this is one thing that could have been better with some pre-trip planning. We would definately consider staying in this apartment again -- the HomeAway experience was our first and it was wonderful.
